How to troubleshoot no liquid delivery in Eco GA?
    • J
      Jacqueline TaylorJul 28, 2025
If your Eco Water Pump isn't delivering liquid, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the pump is properly primed. Check that both the suction and discharge valves are open. Verify the pump's rotation is correct and that the suction line isn't blocked. Also, inspect for air leaks in the suction line and fix them. Make sure the suction lift isn't exceeding vapor pressure limits. Finally, check the motor wiring against the wiring diagram.

Why does my Eco GA Water Pump motor run hot or overload?
    • J
      Jennifer WellsAug 2, 2025
It's normal for motors to feel hot, but check the motor amp draw to be sure it is not overloading. If the discharge pressure is too high, lower it and inspect the pressure relief valve setting and discharge pressure gauge for defects. If the liquid viscosity is higher than expected, thin the liquid or install a larger motor. Reduce the rotational speed if it's too high. Inspect for and correct any binding internal pump parts. Also, verify the motor is wired correctly according to the wiring diagram.

What to do if my Eco GA has low liquid delivery?
    • C
      christinanguyenAug 7, 2025
If your Eco Water Pump has low liquid delivery, it could be due to several reasons. A higher than expected discharge pressure might be the cause, so try reducing the pressure. Look for and repair any air leaks in the suction line. Verify the rotational speed and wiring are correct. Also, inspect the pump for worn or damaged internal parts and repair as needed.

Why is my Eco Water Pump so noisy?
    • H
      Hannah WattsAug 12, 2025
If your Eco Water Pump is noisy, it could be cavitating, so increase suction pressure to provide sufficient NPSH. Inspect the pump for worn or damaged parts and repair if needed. Ensure there is no air or gas in the liquid; eliminate it if present. Check for foreign particles in the liquid, and install or clean the strainer in the inlet pipe.

Why does my Eco Water Pump gradually lose prime?
    • D
      Daniel WilsonAug 17, 2025
If your Eco Water Pump gradually loses prime, check for air leaks in the suction line and repair them. Avoid suction lift being too high by increasing suction pressure. Eliminate any air or gas present in the liquid. Also, your pump might be worn or damaged, consider installing (or cleaning) a strainer in the inlet pipe.

What causes seal leaks in Eco GA?
    • E
      Erin BentleyAug 22, 2025
If the seal leaks in your Eco Water Pump, make sure that the pump was not operated dry (starved suction, dry prime), so open valves and prime pump. If there are solids in product, add a strainer in suction piping (100 mesh). For material incompatibility with product or viscosity issues, consult Factory.
