Coco Filter Installation Guide CAN/USA

Lift straps are provided with all PACK systems. They must be used when the system is handled from above.
Always use the bleu strap to handle the system.
All handling methods
Always use the lifting points to lift the system. Make sure that the load is spread out evenly between the lifting
points (lift loops, galvanized pipes, etc.).
Always maintain the system level during handling operations to avoid the shifting of its internal components.
Move the shell safely by making sure that all people are kept at a safe distance from the system and equipment
present on the site.
The system must be handled always smoothly and evenly.
Never handle more than one (1) system at a time.
Avoid using handling methods that may cause damages.
Use the two (2) lift loops (or lift straps provided with the PACK unit) built into the upper casing of the Ecoflo
®
Coco Filter to unload the unit. Otherwise, make sure to use a forklift with forks that are long enough to pass all
the way under the Ecoflo
®
Coco Filter.
The handler is responsible for any damage that occurs during handling operations.
7.3 Load configuration
The configuration depends on the type of vehicle used to ship the Ecoflo
®
Coco Filter to the site.
It must have a minimum surface area of 14' x 8' (4.2 m x 2.4 m) to accommodate the Ecoflo
®
Coco Filter.
