      There are several reasons why your Ecoplus Chiller might not be cooling water adequately. It could be due to a high water temperature setting, which requires you to lower it. Another reason could be that the total water volume is too high, so you should reduce the water volume. Clogged air filters can also cause this issue; clean them as directed. Low refrigerant levels can also cause this, and should be replenished by qualified personnel. Finally, if the compressor runs but the fan doesn't, the fan may need replacement by qualified service personnel.

      If your Ecoplus Chiller is repeatedly turning on and off, it might be connected to the wrong voltage and frequency. Also, the protection device may have been activated. Check the ventilation around the unit. If heat isn't accumulating, wait 3 minutes for the unit to automatically restart.
