Outdoor Wall Light Installation Guide

Pre-installation Mounting Height

Install the wall lantern 1.2 meters (3.94 feet) above the ground.

Function Description:

The edishinë Outdoor Wall Light is designed to provide illumination for outdoor spaces. It features a motion sensor for automatic operation, allowing the light to turn on when motion is detected and off after a set period. It also has a photocell (PC) mode for dusk-to-dawn operation.

Usage Features:

The wall light offers three operational modes:

1. TEST Mode:

   • Allows adjustment of the motion detector's sensitivity during day or night.
   • When motion stops, the light automatically turns off after approximately 5 seconds.
   • This mode is useful for setting up and testing the motion sensor's range and sensitivity.

2. AUTO Mode:

   • The motion detector automatically turns the light on at dusk when sensing moving heat sources within its coverage area.
   • The light remains on as long as motion is detected.
   • After motion stops, the light will stay on for a predetermined time (adjustable from 5 seconds to 3 minutes) and then turn off automatically.
   • TIME Adjustment (A): Rotate clockwise to increase the duration the light stays on after motion stops, and counterclockwise to decrease it. The minimum time is 5 seconds, and the maximum is 3 minutes.
   • SENSITIVITY Adjustment (B): Rotate clockwise to increase the motion detection distance, and counterclockwise to decrease it. The preset maximum induction distance is 9 meters.

3. PC Mode:

   • The light turns on automatically at dusk and off at dawn, regardless of motion detection.
   • In this mode, time and inductive distance adjustments are not available.

Factory Default Setting:

• TEST mode
• Minimum time: 5 seconds
• Maximum distance: 9 meters

Installation Instructions:

• Safety First: Always turn off the main power at the circuit breaker or fuse box before installation to prevent electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct installation.
• Mounting Height: Install the wall lantern 1.2 meters (3.94 feet) above the ground.
• Power Off: Turn the wall switch to the "OFF" position. Depending on your home's fuse box type, either turn the main (Master) switch to "OFF" or turn off the individual switch/unscrew the fuse that supplies power to the fixture's location.
• Wiring: Connect the black live wire, white neutral wire, and ground wire using the provided wire connectors, ensuring sturdy connections.
• Fixing the Light: Fix the lamp to the wall using mounting screws. Unload the light body by removing two screws, then install an A19 bulb (E26 base) into the wall light (bulb not included).
• Power On: After installation, turn on the main (Master) switch to restore power. The light will turn on automatically according to its current mode.

Maintenance Features:

• Cleaning: Clean the glass and sensor surface of the wall light with a soft and damp cloth. Regular cleaning is important as dust can affect the sensitivity of the sensor and the brightness of the light.
