Batteries and Charging
BATTERY
Your Water Valve is powered by a rechargeable,
LFP battery that lasts up to seven years and
is charged by solar energy. We recommend
making sure your battery stays charged above
50 percent.
You can check your Water Valve’s
battery level in the Edyn app under Menu.
If your battery isn’t holding a charge, or you
believe it has stopped working, please visit
edyn.com/support. Do not open your device
to check on the battery.
CHARGING
To keep your Water Valve charged, it will
need a decent amount of direct sunlight.
Make sure your Water Valve’s solar panel
stays facing upwards, clean and unobstructed
to maintain proper functionality.
Check how your Water Valve’s solar
panel is functioning in the Edyn app
under Menu.
