Regrinding on a grinding machine is not possible.
6) Lubricate and mount the blade and dehider as described in
chapter 8 – Cleaning and lubrication.
Blade guide check (see Fig. 7.5)
The check must be carried out with the device running without a blade.
The holding fixture (1) is pushed upwards in the direction of the arrow
(detail -1-) by the escaping compressed air.
The top edge of the holding fixture (1) must be flush with the top edge of
the housing guide (2) (detail -2-).
If this is not the case, the shim (3) must be exchanged (by specialist
personnel from S&W).
This reduces wear on the blade cover.
Important! The countersunk screw (4) is secured with
Loctite and should only be loosened by
specialist personnel from S&W!
