Operate all controls fully and as intended.
Fold or unfold it using both hands*,
Transfer themselves onto the seat* and remain in a seated upright position at all times,
without assistance while the vehicle is in motion,
Place and keep your feet on the foot-pegs,
Steer competently and appropriately at all times and in all conditions,
Maintain appropriate awareness of all relevant circumstances for each journey and take
appropriate action as may be required to avoid mishap,
Lift it in whole or in part as may be required dependent upon user’s needs*
*Unless accompanied by a person suciently able and competent to carry out that task.
