How to find out, which firmware is installed on your EFOY Pro fuel cell
The remote control displays the current status and is used to control the EFOY Pro.
EFOY Pro 800 / 800 Duo / 2400 / 2400 Duo / 12000 Duo
Press  one time to obtain information on the installed firmware of your EFOY Pro fuel
cell. In the third line, as shown in the image, you find the current installed firmware
version.
EFOY Pro 600 / 1200 / 1600 / 2200 / 2200 XT
Press >> three times to obtain information on
the installed firmware of your EFOY Pro fuel cell.
In the text of the second line, as shown in the
image, you find the current installed firmware
version.
Here for example V06 11.09XT12V/24V. The installed firmware version on the EFOY Pro
2200 XT is 11.09.
Press >> one more time to obtain the serial number of your EFOY Pro fuel cell.
Serial number
The serial number of your EFOY Pro fuel cell gives you information about the production
date and firmware version. The serial number is also available on the specification plate
of the EFOY Pro fuel cell.
For example the serial number is 250617-1152-25641. The production date was in
calendar week 52 2011 (11 52). The installed firmware is 11.09 (V06 11.09XT12V/24V).
