What to do if my Ego Power+ HPW3200 Pressure Washer pump stops and the light flashes?
    • R
      rosslisaAug 12, 2025
If your Ego Power+ Pressure Washer pump stops, and the speed indicator flashes three green lights, it could be due to several reasons. The pressure washer or battery pack(s) might be too hot; wait for them to cool down before restarting. The nozzle could be blocked; use the nozzle cleaning needle to clear the holes. There might be no water flowing into the siphon hose; ensure it's properly supplied. Alternatively, the battery pack charge might be low, so charge it. If none of these solutions work, it may indicate other electronic faults, and you should contact EGO customer service.

Why is my Ego Power+ HPW3200 not spraying water?
    • A
      Andrea HopkinsAug 16, 2025
If your Ego Power+ Pressure Washer isn't spraying water, first, check that it's properly connected to the water supply. Then, examine the filter and metal mesh in the water inlet port for any blockages and clean them if necessary. Also, check the nozzle and use the cleaning needle to clear any obstructions. Finally, if the pump, hoses, or other components are frozen, allow them to thaw.

How to fix low water flow on Ego Power+ Pressure Washer?
    • K
      Kimberly DeleonAug 20, 2025
If the water flow is low during spraying with your Ego Power+ Pressure Washer, several factors could be responsible. Check if the filter or the metal mesh in the water inlet port is partially blocked and clean them. Ensure the filter and quick-coupler joint of the siphon hose are fully immersed in water. Also, make sure the siphon hose isn't folded; unfold it or replace it if necessary. Use only clean water to avoid blockages. Finally, if the high-pressure hose is blocked, remove the nozzle and spray water from the hose to clear the blockage.

What to do if the gun cannot control my Ego Power+ HPW3200 Pressure Washer?
    • M
      Michael BradleyAug 31, 2025
If the gun cannot control the Ego Power+ Pressure Washer, it might be out of wireless range; move it closer to the pressure washer. The coin cell battery in the gun may be low; replace it with a new one. Also, the gun might not be paired correctly; follow the instructions in the 'Short Pressure Gun Pairing' section to complete the pairing. Ensure the coin cell battery is installed correctly, referring to the 'REPLACING THE COIN CELL BATTERY' section for guidance.

    • K
      Kelsey DeanSep 3, 2025
If the water spraying from your Ego Power+ Pressure Washer starts and stops automatically, the high-pressure hose may be damaged and needs replacement. If there's water leaking from the gun, contact EGO customer service. Also, worn pump or hose seals might be the cause.
