  The Ego Power+ Bicycle motor might not run due to several reasons: * The battery packs are not properly attached. Ensure they are correctly attached to the mini bike. * There's no electrical contact. Remove the battery packs, check the contacts, and reinstall them. * The battery pack charge is depleted. Charge the battery packs. * The battery packs or mini bike are too hot. Take a break and allow them to cool. * The kickstand is not retracted. Retract it before riding. * The READY button is not pressed before turning the throttle. Press the READY button before turning the throttle.

  If your Ego Power+ Bicycle drives slowly or has a short run time, it could be due to: * The battery packs are not fully charged. Make sure to charge them completely. * Old or damaged battery packs. Consider replacing them. * Under-inflated tires. Inflate the tires to 32 psi (220.6 kPa) when they are cold. * The mini bike load exceeds the capacity. Keep the load within 220 lbs (100 kg).
