Why is my Ego Power+ SNT2110 not starting?

If your Ego Power+ Snow Blower isn't starting, there are several potential causes. First, check the battery charge and charge it if it's low. Another reason could be that the steel auger is frozen by snow or ice. Remove the battery pack(s) and use a clean-out tool to clear any obstructions on the auger, then restart the snow blower. The battery may also be overheated; if the LED indicator is flashing orange or shining red, remove the battery and allow it to cool down to approximately 152°F (67°C) before reinstalling it. Finally, ensure that the safety button is depressed and, while holding it, pull the bail switch upward to meet the handle.
