10. Align the hole in the flat part of the left elbow tube
mark with “L” with the hole in the left post, insert a
hex flange bolt A and flange nut to attach the elbow
tube to the post using two wrenches (not included)
(Fig. 5). Do not tighten completely.
11. Attach the right elbow tube marked with “R” in the
same way to the right post.
12. Place the cargo box into the supporting frames,
align the four holes in the box with the holes in the
supporting frames and elbow tubes as shown in Fig. 6.
Use two hex flange bolts A, bushings, and flange nuts,
two hex flange bolts B, bushings, and flange nuts,
respectively to secure the cargo box to the supporting
frames and elbow tubes with two wrenches (not
included) as shown in Fig. 6.
13. Securely tighten all four bolts and nuts (shown in
Fig. 4 and Fig. 5) that fasten the supporting frames and
the elbow tubes to the posts.
14. Attach the eight hooks of the nylon mesh netting in the
loops on the cargo box, as shown in Fig. 7, to prevent
objects from falling out of the box during driving.
