PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The solar charging adaptor
stops charging and both
the red and green LED
indicators are off.
 Insufcient connection
between the solar panel
and solar charging
adaptor.
 The solar panel is
obstructed by obstacles,
or the orientation of the
solar panel or the sun
changes.
 The solar charging
adaptor is too hot due
to direct sunlight.
 Check the power cord
between the solar panel
and solar charging
adaptor and reconnect
it.
 Remove obstacles or
adjust the solar panel
to directly face into the
sunlight. Charging will
restart in 5 minutes.
 Move the solar charging
adaptor to a well-
ventilated area in the
shade. Charging will
restart automatically.
