TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The solar charging adaptor
doesn’t work. The red LED
indicator ashes.
Bad connection
between the power
station and the solar
charging adaptor.
Bad connection
between the battery
pack and power station.
Defective battery pack.
Reconnect the solar
charging adaptor with
the power station.
Try to remove and
remount the battery
pack onto the power
station
Try to charge a different
battery pack.
The solar charging adaptor
doesn’t work. The red LED
indicator shines red.
Battery pack is too hot
or too cold.
Allow the battery
pack to reach normal
temperature. Charging
will begin when battery
pack returns to 37°F
(3°C)-135°F (57°C).
