ADJUSTING THE TELESCOPIC
POLE (Fig. 6)
1. Lift the quick release lever to unlock
the telescopic pole.
2. Extend the telescopic pole to the
desired length.
3. Press the quick release lever down to
lock the telescopic pole securely.
MOUNTING AND ADJUSTING THE
FRONT-ASSIST HANDLE, IF REQUIRED (Fig. 7)
1. Stop the motor and remove the battery pack.
2. Loosen the wing nut and remove it along with the clamp bolt and lock lever from
the front-assist handle (Fig. 7a).
3. Position the slant of the assist handle
forward towards the sawing end of the
machine (Fig. 7b). Press the handle
onto the power head shaft within the
mounting zone between the shoulder
strap loop and the telescopic pole
sleeve (Fig. 7c).
