How to fix significantly less water coming out of my EGT Water Filtration System?

  If significantly less water is coming out of your EGT Water Filtration System, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure that all cold water shut-off valves are fully opened. Second, the filter may be clogged or its life may be over, in which case you should replace it. Finally, check that the power adapter is fully installed in the back of the electronic module and that the plug is completely installed in the outlet.

  If water is leaking from your EGT Water Filtration System, the fittings and parts might not be firmly connected. Shut off the adapter valve and unplug the machine, then refer to the filter replacement instructions and open the side panel to check for the leakage point. Another cause may be that the filter is not sealed properly, in this case you should check where the filter is installed. If water is coming out from the O2 outlet hole, shut off the adapter valve.

  If there are no lights on the display of your EGT Water Filtration System, it could be due to a damaged Blue LED. Note that even without the LED light, water will still come out from the spigot. Another possible cause is that the power adapter is not fully installed. Make sure the power adapter is fully installed in the back of the electronic module and the plug is completely installed in the outlet.
