NOTES: Read All Instructions Before Beginning Installation
Only qualified mechanics experienced in the installation and removal of suspension components should
perform this installation.
Use of a hoist and screw jack is highly recommended and will substantially reduce installation time.
Never work on or under a vehicle unless it is properly supported.
Eibach Pro Lift Block Installation
1. Begin by raising the vehicle and supporting it with the
proper safety equipment. Note: Never work on or
under a vehicle that is not supported by the proper
safety equipment.
2. Use a screw or pole jack to support the rear axle, then,
loosen and remove the four hex nuts that secure the OE
U-bolts and axle bracket. (See Photos 1 & 2)
3. You can now remove the axle bracket and U-Bolts as
shown. (See Photos 3 & 4)

Eibach Pro Lift Block Installation Steps

Vehicle Lifting and Support

Raise and support the vehicle using appropriate safety equipment before starting installation.

Axle Support and OE U-Bolt Removal

Support the rear axle with a jack, then loosen and remove OE U-bolt nuts and bracket.

Axle Bracket and U-Bolt Removal

Remove the existing axle bracket and U-bolts from the vehicle.

Lift Block Installation and Alignment

Lower axle, install lift block, and align pins with axle and leaf spring receivers.

Install and Loosely Tighten New U-Bolts

Install new U-bolts, bracket, nuts, and washers. Loosely tighten nuts in a cross pattern.

Final Tightening of U-Bolt Nuts

Fully tighten U-bolt nuts to 100 ft-lbs in a cross pattern for proper engagement and safety.

Repeat for Opposite Side

Perform the entire installation procedure on the opposite side of the vehicle.

Final Checks and Road Test

Verify all components are properly positioned and tightened, then road test and re-torque if needed.

Post-Installation Re-torque

After 500 miles, double-check and re-torque the U-bolt nuts as a safety precaution.
