The manufacturer does not assume any warranty obligations in the following
cases:
• if the product intended for personal (household, family) needs was used for
business activities, as well as for other purposes that do not correspond to its
intended purpose;
• if the defect (including damage to the device surfaces) occurred after the
device was given to the consumer and defect is caused by improper and/or neg-
ligent handling, incorrect transportation, maintenance, use and/or storage the
device by the buyer;
• obligations for devices that are removed from warranty service because of
expiration of warranty period or violation of operating rules are regulated ac-
cording to the user’s manual;
• the product is damaged or out of order due to violation of rules and condi-
tions of installation, connection, adaptation to local customer specications,
operation (short circuit, overload, mechanical, electrical and/or thermal damage,
jammed contacts, cracks, chips, impact marks and/or mechanical impact, etc.),
storage and transportation, and also as a result of exposure to incompatible
network voltage on the product itself as well as on products related;
• an opening and/or repair (adjustment, equipment modication) was per-
formed by a person who is not authorized to do this;
• if the defect is caused by changing the design or circuit of product, connect-
ing external devices that are not provided by the Manufacturer, or using a device
that does not have a certicate of conformity (with results of laboratory tests)
according to the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• the equipment is damaged due to natural disasters, res, oods, earthquakes,
household factors and other situations beyond the Manufacturer’s control;
• the product has severe mechanical and/or electrical damage resulting from
any actions of buyer or third parties;
• a defect caused by mechanical damage, ingress of foreign objects, substances,
liquids, insects or animals into the product led to complete or partial failure of
product;
• any protective and informational seals, manufacturer’s or seller’s marks are
damaged;
• the serial numbers on the products or their model do not match the product
numbers and models listed in the warranty card;
• if the operation defects are caused by non-compliance with the standards or
technical regulations of power supply, cable or telecommunication networks,
radio signal power, including terrain features and other similar external factors,
such as use of product at the border or outside the network coverage area;
