The company’s warranty applies to new products only. The manufacturer sets the
warranty period for devices and guarantees free service for the entire specied
period. The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale. Warranty services
are provided only on the territory of authorized service centers.
If the buyer has any complaints about the purchased product, it is necessary to
contact the place of purchase.
The delivery cost of the product for warranty service is paid by the buyer.
Warranty services, as well as other consumer requirements are considered while
the consumer presents a receipt; a technical passport (warranty card) or other
document replacing it for goods for which warranty periods are established.
The warranty applies only to the original conguration of equipment. All
components repaired or replaced by a service center will be guaranteed for
remaining warranty period or for at least 3 months from the date of replacement.
All defective parts replaced with new ones during warranty repairs become the
property of the company.
The warranty period is extended for duration of product being repaired. Warranty
service of product is provided subject to compliance with all the operating rules
set out in the «User manual».
Delivering device to an authorized service center during the warranty period does
not mean that it will be repaired free of charge. The service center reserves the
right to check the validity of warranty after receiving the device.
The company is under warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of sale
of this product.
