No sound / noise
from the microphone
Solution:
1. The mute button needs
to be pushed to the "ON"
side.
3. Please turn off other
microphones except our
products in the recording of
sound settings( suitable for
computer)
2. Do not turn the volume of
the remote control to the
minimum, otherwise the
microphone will not work.
