Before using the appliance for the first time, wash and dry all elements carefully, except for the
body (see: “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”).
The mode of assembling the device has been illustrated on the phot. 2 and fig.1

The appliance starts to work after pressing and holding the button (1) or (2). The mixer works as
long as one of the buttons is pressed. After pressing the button (2), the appliance works at full
speed.
Do not use the appliance for crushing ice, bones and other hard products, or for grinding nuts,
coffee and dried leguminous plants.
If the appliance jams, unplug it before cleaning.
The grinder knife (4) and the knife (6) are very sharp. They can be touched only when the
appliance is unplugged and when the knives have stopped revolving.
The knives are wear parts, subject to normal wear and tear, and they are not covered by the
guarantee.
