Strawberry ice cream
Ingredients:
1 kg strawberries
400 g sugar
200 ml cream
Preparation:
Put the strawberries and the sugar in the blender and mix all.
Whip the cream and gently mix with the rest.
Pour in the ice cream machine and follow the instructions.
Coffee ice cream
Ingredients:
300 g sugar
1 cup strong coffee
5 dl cream
3 eggs
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix with energy and take it into a low heat in a water-bath (bain-marie), until you obtain a
cream.
Let it cool and then pour in the ice cream machine and follow the instructions.
Chocolate ice cream
Ingredients:
2 dl water
200 g chocolate
2 dl milk
4 dl cream
100 g sugar
3 egg yolk
Preparation:
Dissolve the chocolate in warm water
Mix all the ingredients with the melted chocolate, take it into low heat in a water-bath (bain-
marie), always stirring.
When the mixture starts to thicken turn the heat off and let it cool.
Pour in the ice cream machine and follow the instructions

HINTS
- Keep the bowl (E) in the freezer to be used whenever it's needed.
- Consume the ice cream immediately after it’s preparation to benefit its entire flavour.
- Ice cream containing fresh ingredients must be consumed within 1 week.
- Never add alcohol to the mixture because it inhibits the freezing process.
- Never re-freeze the ice cream that was already fully or partially defrosted.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- During use, if any irregularities are detected on the appliance’s operation, check the

Keep the bowl (E) in the
freezer for at least 10-12 hours
with a temperature lower than -
18 degrees centigrade.
The mixture was not in the bowl
(E) enough time.
Let the mixture in the bowl (E)
until it reaches the desired
consistency.
CLEANING
- Disconnect the appliance from the wall socket before any cleaning operation and wait
until the bowl (E) reaches the room temperature.
- Disassemble the appliance following the instructions described on the "Assembly" by
reverse order.
