How to fix Electripak Motion Sensor Light Control 5412 Flood Light that will not come on?
    • T
      Taylor WatsonJul 30, 2025
If your Electripak Flood Light isn't turning on, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the light switch is in the on position. A loose or burned-out flood light can also be the culprit, so check and replace if necessary. Additionally, examine the fuse and circuit breaker to see if they need replacing or resetting. If it's daytime, remember the daylight turn-off feature may be active. For new installations, verify the circuit wiring. Also, try re-aiming the sensor to cover the desired area.

Why does my Electripak Flood Light stay on continuously?
    • A
      Andrea PetersonAug 5, 2025
If your Electripak Flood Light stays on all the time, it might be due to a few reasons. The flood lamp could be too close to the sensor or pointed at heat-generating objects, so try repositioning it. Similarly, if the Light Control is near a heat source, reposition the sensor. Ensure that the Light Control is switched to 'Auto' rather than being in 'Manual Mode'.

Why does my Electripak Flood Light come on for no apparent reason?
    • N
      Nathan BairdAug 10, 2025
If your Electripak Flood Light activates unexpectedly, it might be detecting small animals or traffic; try re-aiming the sensor. Also, the range might be set too high, so consider reducing it.

What to do if Electripak Flood Light flashes on and off?
    • M
Mrs. Jennifer Brown MDAug 16, 2025
If your Electripak Flood Light is flashing, the lamps' heat or light could be triggering the Light Control. Try repositioning the lamps away from the sensor. Reflected heat from other objects might also affect the sensor, so reposition the sensor. If the Light Control is in test mode and warming up, flashing is normal. Also, ensure metal lamp protectors are installed, because light may be leaking through the floodlamp reflectors.

Why does Electripak Motion Sensor Light Control 5412 Flood Light come on in daylight?
    • D
      dawnjohnsonAug 23, 2025
If your Electripak Flood Light turns on during the day, the Light Control may be in a relatively dark location; try repositioning it to a darker spot. Also, check if the Light Control is in 'Test' mode and set the control switch to an 'ON-TIME' position.
