What to do if my Electrolux Professional SORBY DREAM 1 does not cool, or cools only partially and the compressor is running?

  If your Electrolux Professional Beverage Dispenser isn't cooling properly while the compressor runs, ensure there's at least 20cm of space around the machine and it's away from heat sources. Return the device to FREEZE mode and clean the filter. Check the fan motor's electrical connections, reconnecting if necessary, or replace the motor if it's still not working. Finally, locate and fix any leaks, then recharge the system.

  If your Electrolux Professional Beverage Dispenser is over-freezing, causing the auger to slow down or stop, check and correct the product brix. Adjust the screw toward the “-“ position for a thinner consistency. Straighten the limit switch arm using pliers. Alternatively, add more product or turn the refrigeration “Off”.
