Usage Features:

  • Safety Precautions: The manual emphasizes that servicing should only be carried out by authorized personnel. Users are warned against modifying the appliance, using detergent intended for water-wash of textiles, and reusing water hoses. The machine's door lock must not be bypassed. In case of a malfunction, it must be reported to the person in charge. A multi-pole switch is required for disconnection from the mains.
  • Installation: Detailed instructions are provided for unpacking, siting, mechanical installation, and electrical connections. This includes removing packaging bolts, lifting the machine using a fork-lift truck, positioning it on wooden blocks, and securing it to the floor.
  • Detergent Supply: The machines are designed to connect to external liquid detergent dosing systems. The manual specifies the number and size of connections for these systems. For liquid detergents, two 5 mm holes must be drilled in the bottom of each cup to allow water to drain off.
  • Tilt Function: For machines equipped with a tilt function, specific installation steps are outlined, including inserting cylinder units and fitting pneumatic position sensors. This feature is crucial for ergonomic loading and unloading of laundry.
  • Ventilation: A vent (A) from the machine drum is located at the back of the machine. If bleach or other additives are used, the pipe should be extended and connected to a ventilation system.
  • Compressed Air Connection: Instructions for installing a pressure regulator with a water separation device and connecting compressed air hoses are provided. The connecting hose must be rated for a pressure of at least 1 MPa.
  • Drain Connection: The machine has an external drain diameter of 110 mm. The distance between the machine and the floor gully or drainage channel should be at least 250 mm. Sharp bends should be avoided to prevent improper draining.

  • Warranty Terms and Exclusions: The warranty covers product defects under local regulations and is provided by Electrolux Professional. It excludes defects resulting from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, abuse, neglect, and use of non-original components. The warranty also specifies that only genuine spare parts and performance hardware made in paper or electronic format should be used.
  • Regular Checks: After installation, it is important to check for any possible leaks from compressed air lines or from bellows and sensors. The machine must be level and resting firmly on all four feet.

The manual emphasizes the importance of following all instructions to ensure safe and efficient operation, and it reserves the right to make changes to design and component specifications.
