6. Solving Problems
Customer Support
In case the refrigerator presents any malfunction, check for the possible causes and corrections.
• Connect the plug to the socket.
• Connect the product to the right tension.
• Correct the defect in the socket.
• Wait the Power to return, change the fuse or
turn on the switch.
• Remove the plug from the jack by 10 seconds
and reconect.
• Plug is off the socket.
• Product connected to different tension outlet.
• Bad contact socket
• Lack of electrical Power, off switch or burned
fuse.
• Power outage or voltage oscillation.
If the refrigerator
fails to work )
• Adjust the temperature correctly
• See “Installation – Choose Location”.
• Unblock the air outlet of Multi-Flow.
• See Electric Installation (page.3).
• Open only for the necessary time.
• Inadequate setting of the temperature control
of the refrigerator compartment.
• Direct sunlight or other heat sources close to
the refrigerator.
• Hindered air ventilation.
• Power supply with different tension than the

If the Fridge is not

• Set temperature control properly.
• Reposition food items.
• Inadequate setting of the temperature control
of the refrigerator compartment.
• Food items to close to air outlets.
Food frozen in
the refrigerator
compartment
• Close both doors. In case you wish more
time with open door(s), select function SHO-
PPING.
• See Electric Installation (page.3).
• End of time programmed function. Open the
doors or press the button ashing
• Door open
• Power supply with different tension than the

• Turbo Freezing / Drink Express / Ice Express
activated.
Alarm sounding
• Verify the sealing of the valve and observe if
it was correctly mounted after the cleaning.
• Water leaking from the reservoir.

Function indicator

• Unlock the panel activating simultaneously
the Temp Freezer and Auto Control.
• Panel locked.

again.
