  If one or more pumps aren't running on signal but all pumps prime OK, make sure that the pumps are calibrated. Check that the washer extractor is sending a signal and that the RS232/X10 wire is not loose; repair the washer extractor, reprogram it, or reconnect the signal wires as needed. It's also possible that the pump interlock is only allowing the dispenser to recognize the first signal for each pump in a load; in this case, reset the power to the EDS controller. Inspect the data cable for damage and replace it if necessary. Finally, the EDS controller itself may be defective, so consider replacing it.
