11.2 The washing and drying results are not satisfactory
Problem Possible cause and solution
Poor washing results. Refer to "Daily use", "Hints and tips" and the
basket loading leaflet.
Use more intensive washing programme.
Activate the 加强漂洗 option to improve the wash‐
ing results of a selected programme.
Clean spray arm jets and filter. Refer to "Care and
Cleaning".
Poor drying results. Tableware was left for too long inside the closed
appliance. Activate AirDry (空气对流干燥) to set
the automatic opening of the door and to improve
the drying performance.
There is no rinse aid or the dosage of rinse aid is
not sufficient. Fill the rinse aid dispenser or set the
level of rinse aid to a higher level.
The quality of the rinse aid can be the cause.
We recommend to use rinse aid always, even in
combination with multi-tablets.
Plastic items may need to be towel dried.
The programme does not have the drying phase.
Refer to "Programmes overview".
There are whitish streaks or
bluish layers on glasses and
dishes.
The released quantity of rinse aid is too high. Ad‐
just the rinse aid level to a lower level.
The quantity of detergent is too high.
There are stains and dry wa‐
ter drops on glasses and
dishes.
The released quantity of rinse aid is not sufficient.
Adjust the rinse aid level to a higher level.
The quality of the rinse aid can be the cause.
The interior of the appliance
is wet.
This is not a defect of the appliance. Humid air con‐
densates on the appliance walls.
Unusual foam during wash‐
ing.
Use the detergent designed specifically for dish‐
washers.
Use a detergent from a different manufacturer.
Do not pre-rinse dishes under running water before
putting them in the appliance.
Traces of rust on cutlery. There is too much salt in the water used for wash‐
ing. Refer to "The water softener".
Silver and stainless steel cutlery were placed to‐
gether. Do not put silver and stainless steel items
close together.
