To fix a non-functioning top lamp in your Electrolux Oven, start by turning the glass cover to remove it, then clean the cover. If the lamp is still not working, replace it with a halogen lamp (230 V, 40 W, 300 °C heat-resistant). Finally, install the glass cover back.
