Interval cooking
The permanent change from 75% hot air to 25%
steam goes automatically.
1. Fill approx.0.7 litres water into the water drawer
in the control panel. The water storage is
sufficient for approx. 1 hour.
2. Switch on the oven with key

3. Select the function interval cooking with key
and set the intended temperature using the

4. Press key

cooking duration resp. switch-off time using

Proceed as with steam cooking.
