4.3 The steam thermostat / relay steam
The cooking temperature with steam cooking is between 96 °C and 97 °C. The temperature
fluctuations are lower than 1 °C. It is measured by the steam thermostat and maintained
automatically by the electronic, in which the steam generator (chapter 4.6) is switched on resp. off.
