Fagyasztási tanácsok
Néhány fontos tanács a tökéletes fagyasztáshoz:
• a 24 óra alatt lefagyasztható élelmiszerek
maximális mennyiségét az “adattábla” tünteti fel
• a fagyasztási folyamat 24 órát vesz igénybe. Ez
idŒ alatt nem ajánlatos egyéb fagyasztani való
élelmiszert betenni
• csak kiváló minŒségı, friss és tökéletesen
megtiszított élelmiszert fagyasszon le
• ossza kisebb adagokra a fagyasztandó
élelmiszert, így az gyorsabban lefagy és csak a
szükséges mennyiséget kell kiolvasztania
• csomagolja az élelmiszereket alufóliába vagy
polietilénfóliába úgy, hogy az tökéletesen zárjon
• ne helyezze a fagyasztandó termékeket a már
lefagyasztottakra, mert azok hŒmérsékletét
megemeli
• vegye figyelembe, hogy a sovány élelmiszerek a
zsíros ételeknél jobban és hosszabb ideig
tárolhatók és a só csökkenti a tárolhatósági idŒt
• ha a fagyasztó rekeszbŒl éppen kivett, vízbŒl
készült fagylaltot fogyaszt, az égési sérüléseket
okozhat a bŒrön
• ajánlatos az egyes csomagokon feltüntetni a
lefagyasztás dátumát, így könnyen ellenŒrizheti a
tárolás idŒtartamát
TANÁCSOK
HHııttéési tanácsok
Hús, szárnyasok, hal:
csomagolja mıanyag
tasakokba és helyezze a zöldségfélék rekesze fölé.
Max. eltarthatóság: 1-2 nap.
FŒtt ételek, hidegtálak, stb.:
jól lezárva bármely
rácsra helyezhetŒk.
Gyümölcs és zöldségfélék:
megtisztítva kerüljenek a
megfelelΠrekeszbe.
Vaj és sajt:
speciális légzáró dobozokban vagy
alufóliába csomagolva tárolandó.
Tejesüvegek
: lezárva az ajtón levŒ rekeszekben
tárolandók.
Banánt, burgonyát, hagymát és fokhagymát csak
becsomagolva lehet a hıtŒben tárolni.
Tanácsok a fagyasztott étel
tárolásához
• gyŒzŒdjön meg arról, hogy a mélyhıtött ételeket
az üzletben megfelelŒen tárolták-e
• csökkentse minimálisra az üzlettŒl a
hazaérkezésig és a hıtŒszekrénybe való
elhelyezésig tartó idŒt
• ne nyissa túl gyakran a rekesz ajtaját és ne
hagyja a szükségesnél tovább nyitva.
• a kiolvasztott étel rövid idŒ alatt megromlik, ezért
nem lehet újra fagyasztani
• ne lépje túl a gyártó által az élelmiszeren
feltüntetett eltarthatósági határidŒt.
• A rekeszeken levŒ szimbólumok a különféle
fagyasztandó ételtípusokat jelképezik.
A számok azt mutatják, hogy melyik ételtípust
hány hónapig szabad a hıtŒben tárolni. Az étel
minŒségétŒl és a fagyasztást megelŒzŒ
elŒkészítésétŒl függ, hogy a felsŒ vagy az alsó
értéket kell figyelembevenni.
• soha ne tegyen a fagyasztó részbe szénsavas
italokat (üdítŒket, stb.), mert azok
felrobbanhatnak.
Defrosting
Frost is automatically eliminated from the evaporator
of the refrigerator compartment every time the motor
compressor stops, during normal use. The defrost
water drains out through a trough into a special
container at the back of the appliance, over the
motor compressor, where it evaporates.
It is important to periodically clean the defrost
water drain hole in the middle of the refrigerator
compartment channel to prevent the water
overflowing and dripping onto the food inside.
Use the special cleaner provided, which you will
find already inserted into the drain hole.
The freezer compartment, however, will become
progressively covered with frost. This should be
removed with the special plastic scraper provided,
whenever the thickness of the frost exceeds 4 mm.
During this operation it is not necessary to switch off
the power supply or to remove the foodstuffs.
However, when the ice becomes very thick on the
inner liner, complete defrosting should be carried out
as follows:
1. pull out the plug from the wall socket or turn the
thermostat knob to the «
■» setting;
2. remove any stored food, wrap it in several layers
of newspaper and put it in a cool place;
3. leave the door open, and insert the plastic
scraper in the appropriate seating at the bottom
centre, placing a basin underneath to collect the
defrost water.
4. when defrosting is completed, dry the interior
thoroughly; keep the scraper for future use;
5. turn the thermostat knob back to the required
setting or replace the plug in the power socket.
6. After two or three hours, reload the previously
removed food into the compartment.
Important:
Never use sharp metal tools to scrape off frost
from the evaporator as you could damage it.
Do not use a maechanical device or any artificial
means to speed up the thawing process other
than those recommended by the manufacturer.
A temperature rise of the frozen food packs,
during defrosting, may shorten their safe
storage life.
