Also, verify that the temperature control isn't set too low; if it is, set it to a warmer setting and allow several hours for the temperature to stabilize. Why is the outside of my Electrolux Freezer warm?

  It's normal for the external surface of your Electrolux Freezer to be warm. The external walls can be as much as 30ºF warmer than room temperature while the compressor works to transfer heat from inside the cabinet.
