What to do if my Electromed SmartVest SV2100 Personal Care Products vest does not pulse?

If your Electromed Personal Care Product vest isn't pulsing or the air pulse generator isn't getting power, first check if the device is in Sleep mode by looking at the Power Indicator Light. If it's on, press any button to wake it up. If it's off, ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the generator and the wall outlet, and that the outlet has power. You may also need to replace the fuses. Also, make sure the hose is firmly attached to the couplings and the generator, that it isn't leaking, and that the SmartVest® inner bladder isn't torn and is properly attached inside the outer shell. Replace the air input filter if needed. If the garment feels too tight, adjust the Pressure dial for comfort.
