8. Terms of warranty
1. Warranty period is 24 months.
2. The Guaranty period starts from the day of purchase of the product by the user entered into
the warranty card and confirmed by the proof of purchase (invoice) issued by the Seller.
3. The Warrantor ensures a proper functioning of the heater under the condition that it is
installed and used as described in the present manual.
4. Heating elements (abutment temperature controller) damaged due to excessive accumulation
of boiler scale are not covered by the warranty
5. Removal of the cover and turning on STB is not a guarantee service and shall not be a
subject to the complaint.
6. Scale removal by mechanical means is not permitted; it should be carried out using
appropriate available resources (citric acid, descaling agents, etc.)
7. During the warranty period the user is entitled to free of charge repair of damages of the
heater that occurred through the fault of the manufacturer. These damages shall be
eliminated within 14 days after they have been reported.
8. The warranty does not apply to the damages caused by the improper use, repairs and
alternations made by unauthorised persons and the device installation and maintenance that
is not in accordance with this manual.
9. In the event of failure or malfunction of the transporter the manufacturer’s service should be
notified by phone: 77/ 471 08 17 from 7ºº am to 3ºº pm, or via electronic mail: or in the
place of purchase.
10. The method of repair shall be chosen by the manufacturer.
11. The Warranty Card, filled in, complete and free of any modifications shall be the ground for
carrying out repairs by virtue of granted warranty.
12. In the matters not regulated by the above provisions, the Civil Code shall apply
13. It is recommended to keep the warranty card during the whole period of
use of the heater.
Waste arising from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
This product must not be treated as household waste.
By ensuring the proper disposal you protect the environment. In order
to obtain more detailed information regarding the recycling of this
product please contact your waste disposal service or the shop where
you have purchased this product.
