Technical Specifications:
- Rated Volume: Maximum 4500 ml / Minimum 2500 ml
- Power Supply: 220V ~ 50Hz
- Rated Power: 700W
Unit Description:
The steamer consists of several key components:
- Cape hood with a discharging stem vent: The lid that covers the steaming layers and allows steam to escape.
- Large layer with a handle: The main steaming basket, designed for holding food.
- Layer ring: An additional ring that can be used to add more steaming capacity.
- Drip tray: Collects condensed water and juices from the food.
- Removable heater cover: Protects the heating element.
- Heater: The primary heating element that generates steam.
- Water gauge: Indicates the water level in the reservoir.
- Timer: Allows users to set the desired cooking duration.
- Heating indicator light: Illuminates when the heater is active.
- Power cord and plug: Connects the steamer to the electrical outlet.
- Power indicator light: Indicates when the appliance is powered on.
Preparation and Usage Features:
Before first use, all removable parts (cape hood, layers, layer ring, removable heater cover, drip tray) should be washed with dishwashing detergent and rinsed with clean water. The water reservoir should be cleaned with a wet cloth.
- Placement: Place the steamer on a stable surface, away from items that could be damaged by steam, and out of reach of children.
- Heater Cover and Cord: Place the removable heater cover on the heater. Adjust the power cord length as needed.
- Water Filling: Fill the water reservoir with cold water up to the "MAX" level. It is crucial not to add seasonings, fats, or oils directly into the reservoir.
- Drip Tray: Fix the drip tray onto the pedestal.
- Layer Configuration: Layers and mess tins can be arranged freely. For multiple layers, especially with larger food items, it's recommended to place time-consuming foods on the bottom layer and extend cooking time. Different foods can be steamed in one layer, but be aware that flavors may mix.
- Power On and Timer: Ensure sufficient water in the reservoir before switching on the power. The timer should be set after the power is switched on. If the desired cooking time is less than 10 minutes, set the timer to 10 minutes first, then adjust it back to the required time. The steamer begins operating once the timer is set and the heating indicator light illuminates. Cooking stops when the timer returns to "0" and the heating indicator light turns off.
- Steaming Process: Monitor the water level during steaming. Defrost meat and seafood before steaming.
- Finishing: Carefully uncover the lid, maintaining distance to avoid steam burns. If food is overcooked, remove the steaming grill and transfer food to a serving plate. If using a canteen, remove it carefully by the handle.

Periodically clean the heater cover to prevent blockages. Dispose of water from the utensil after use and refill with clean water for each use. Air dry all components before storing them in a safe, dry place.
- Descaling: After 7-10 uses, scale may accumulate on the heating element, depending on water hardness. To prevent heat transfer issues and prolong the steamer's life, regular descaling is recommended.
- Pour a 1:1 mixture of water and white vinegar into the reservoir, up to the highest level of the heater cover. Do not use other cleaning products.
- Do not place plastic parts like the drip tray on the appliance during descaling.
- Set the timer for 20-25 minutes.
- Unplug the steamer after the timer is off. Allow the vinegar solution to cool completely before pouring it out.
- Rinse the reservoir thoroughly with clean water to remove any vinegar flavor.
