9. WARRANTY
For 12 months from the date of purchase, by original consumer purchaser, Elite Bikes will repair
or replace, at its option, the bike and all electrical components.
For 18 months from the date of purchase, by original consumer purchaser, Elite Bikes will repair
or replace, at its option, the battery.
If you want to return your new bicycle, you can return it within 7 days for a refund provided
that it is in re-sellable condition. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied and shipping is the
responsibility of the consumer.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
Components that require replacement due to operator abuse or negligence or the failure to
operate and maintain the EAB according to the instructions contained in the Owner’s Manual
Components that require replacement due to wear and tear, dirt, or lack of regular
maintenance.
The battery when the battery case has been opened.
Expendable items which become worn during normal use.
This warranty is in addition to any statutory warranty and does not exclude or limit legal rights.
