Why are measurement values fluctuating on my Elitech ChloroChek Chloridometer 3400?
    • P
      phawkinsJul 25, 2025
Fluctuating measurement values during measurement of standard solution or controls with Elitech Test Equipment can occur due to contaminated electrodes. Clean the electrodes with a silver cleaning cloth and rinse with distilled water. It can also happen if the electrodes are mechanically defective; in this case, replace the electrodes and working solution.

What to do if Elitech ChloroChek Chloridometer 3400 shows fluctuating values?
    • J
      Joseph WagnerAug 2, 2025
If you are experiencing fluctuating measurement values during measurement of the standard solution or controls with your Elitech Test Equipment, it might be due to a defective pipette or incorrect use of the pipette. Inspect the pipette and/or assess your pipetting technique for errors. A sequence of 10 µL water samples pipetted into a container on a precision scale can help assess pipetting accuracy and consistency.
