ff the paint sprayer is not
cleaned properly and
thoroughly,
your equipment
will
be damaged. For
example, the remaining paint causes
clogging,
uneven spraying,
or

use,
you
should
take
the
time to
clean
your
sprayer
immediately,
which

help
extend the service
life
of
your

sprayer
and
work
normally.
If

completed
the project
or
do not
plan
to
use the
sprayer
in
a day, you must
follow these
instructions for proper
cleaning.
Note: Do not store the sprayer
for
more

30 minutes without being cleaned. The dried paint
will

cleaning.

Unplug
sprayer
from
electrical outlet and pull
trigger
on
spray
gun
so
paint
material
inside
un
it
flows
back
into
the
container.
(The principle
is:
after
turning
off
the
power
, the
motor
no
longer
works,
so
there
is
still
paint
remained
in
the
spray
head.
But
after
turning
off
the
power,
press
the trigger
again
to
return
the remained
paint
to
the
container
.)

the
container and
pour
the
remaining
liquid
back

to
the
container.

Clean
the
container
thoroughly
using
paint thinner. (
Do
not immerse the motor part
in
water)
Put some
suitable thinner
into
the
container and be sprayed
through
the
spray gun
until
only
clean
thinner comes out
of
the
nozzle.
Remove the container,
the
suction tube and
the
filter,
and
thoroughly
clean
them.
Loosen the
nozzle
slightly,
unscrew
the
lock nut
and move
the
nozzle
from
the
cylinder,
take
th
e
valve
out
of
the
cylinder.
Clean
the
nozzle,
valve
,
lock
nut,
cylinder thoroughly
with
thinner.
Use
the
cleaning
pin
to
clear the nozzle
and
the
swirl
head
of
the
valve.
Reassemble
the
spray gun.
Clean
the
outside
of
the
machine
with
a moist
cloth
.
