Risk of electric discharge
Under normal circumstances, NEPTUN, NEPTUN INOX, CT2274, CT2274W, CT3274,
CT3274W, CT4274 and CT4274W pumps do not need any maintenance.
Occasionally it may be necessary to clean the hydraulic part or replace the impeller.
If the mains plug damages its immediate replacement shall be done by the manufacturer, the
customer service or a qualified expert. After any repair requiring the disassembly of the
pump, pressure test shall be performed again and certified in writing.

1) THE ELECTRIC PUMP
DOES NOT SUPPLY, THE

1) No supply power.
2) The plug is not connected
properly.
3) The leak current protective
switch is activated.
4) The impeller has got stuck.
5) The motor or the condenser
has failed.
2) Check whether there is
supply power and connect the
plug properly.
3) Reset the safety switch.
If it is activated again, turn to a
qualified electrician.
4) Free the impeller from any
possible clogging.
5) Turn to the repair service.

1) The exhaust grill has
partially clogged.
2) The non-return valve has got
stuck.
