Thermal Store Fitting Instructions
EBP Packages Manual
1) Position the frame in fi nal position, ensuring the frame is up
against the wall at the back of the frame. Secure the frame to the
fl oor and wall using screws through the 8 holes provided. Rest the
store lower overfl ow pipe (where fi tted) on the store shelf.

3) Ensure that the front of the store is square with frame. The
immersion heater enclosures should be facing forwards.

4) Fit lower overfl ow pipe into the Hep
V
O dry trap or waste pipe
and secure with pipe clip
5) Fit upper overfl ow pipe into the visual overfl ow indicator and
join up to lower discharge pipe using 28mm push-fi t coupling
provided. Secure the upper overfl ow pipe to the store using the
pipe clips provided. Adjust the store as necessary on the frame.
6) Ensure that all electrical
and metallic components are
earth bonded, a connection
stud is provided on the frame.
The unit is now ready to be piped up.

2) Lift the store on to the frame and push it back to the location
ring on the frame store shelf. Take care not to scratch the shelf.
Note: For lifting purposes please take note of the store weight
detailed in the store manual and add 5kgs for any ancillary
components.
