The Aeris Link TX 2.4G/915M is a high-frequency module designed for remote control wireless systems, based on the open-source ExpressLRS project. It offers long control distance, stable connection, low latency, and a high refresh rate, along with flexible configuration options. This device is not suitable for individuals under the age of 18.
Function Description:
The Aeris Link TX module serves as a transmitter for remote control systems, supporting both 2.4G and 915M/868M frequencies. It features various configurable settings accessible through a display screen and five-way buttons, allowing users to adjust parameters such as refresh rate, output power, and fan threshold. The module includes antenna interfaces for both 915M (SMA-KY external thread, internal socket) and 2.4G (RP-SMA-KY external thread, internal pin) antennas. It also has a power (XT30) interface for external power supply, a Type-C interface for connectivity, and a JR link for integration with compatible remote controllers. The module supports binding to receivers and offers WiFi functionality for firmware updates.

- Up: Select options upward.
- Down: Select options downward.
- Center: Press to confirm a selection; long press to access menu options in the information display screen.
The display screen shows relevant information and settings. Users can configure various parameters:
- PACKET RATE: Adjusts the refresh rate, with different options for 2.4G and 915M versions. The refresh rate can affect the color of the LED light and fan.
- TX POWER: Sets the output power, with various mW options. The fan startup is controlled by a power switch and can be adjusted according to specific needs. The default fan startup power is set at 10mW.
- DYNAMIC: Allows dynamic power adjustment.
- Fan Thresh: Configures the power threshold at which the fan starts.
- TELEM RATIO: Sets the telemetry ratio.
- BLE GAMEPAD: Initiates BLE joystick functionality.
- BIND MODE: Puts the high-frequency module into binding state. Note that there is no visual LED indication for binding. If a binding password (Binding Phrase) is configured, the receiver must be set with the same password for automatic binding.
- WIFI ADMIN: Enables WiFi for firmware updates, with options for TX WIFI, RX WIFI, and BACKPACK. The default password for ExpressLRS WiFi is "expresslrs".
- VTX ADMIN: Configures VTX settings including CHANNEL, BAND, POWER, and PIT MODE.
Maintenance Features:
- Firmware Updates: The module supports firmware updates via WiFi, accessible through the WIFI ADMIN menu.
- Cooling: The device includes LED light, fan, and ventilation ports to prevent overheating. The fan's startup is controlled by a power switch and can be configured based on the output power.
- Antenna Installation: Always ensure the appropriate antenna is installed before powering on to prevent damage to the chipset.
- External Power: When operating at high power, it is recommended to use an external power source (XT30 interface, 5-21V, 2S (8.4V) recommended) to prevent insufficient power supply to the remote controller.
