The Healthy Fryer, Model: SM-AIR-1805, is an air fryer designed for rapid hot air convection cooking. It circulates hot air evenly to cook fresh or frozen foods, aiming to achieve the same crunchy texture as deep-fried items. The device promotes quick and healthy cooking by requiring little to no oil.

Usage Features:

The Healthy Fryer is designed for straightforward operation. To use the device:

  1. Insert the power cable into a socket.
  2. Pull the fry basket out from the air fryer.
  3. Place food into the fry basket, ensuring not to exceed the maximum line or weight.
  4. Push the fry basket back into the appliance.
  5. Click the ON/OFF button.
  6. Select the desired cooking mode, time, and temperature using the relevant function buttons.
  7. Click the ON/OFF button again to start cooking.
  8. Once 5 beeps are heard, the food is ready. Pull out the drawer and place it on heat-resisting material.

For better cooking results, it is recommended to turn over the food by shaking the basket or using a utensil in the middle of the cooking process.

Cautions and Security Warnings:

  • Read the manual carefully before use.
  • The product contains electronic and heating elements; do not immerse it in water or wash it with water immediately after use.
  • Do not pull the drawer out during use. If necessary, set the timer to 0 before removing the drawer while frying.
  • Do not cover the air inlet and outlet during operation.
  • Avoid touching the inside of the product while in use to prevent burns.
  • Do not over-fill the basket or drawer with oil, as this may cause a fire.
  • Be aware that high-temperature air will flow out through the back of the Air Fryer during use.
  • Use only the specified AC power (127V or 120V, depending on the product) and a socket rated above 7A (120V~) / 12A (127V~) to avoid electric shock or other accidents.
  • Do not pull on or twist the power cord. A damaged power cord must be repaired by the manufacturer or maintenance department.
  • Do not plug or unplug the Air Fryer with wet hands.
  • Keep the plug clean. A loose plug can cause short-circuiting, smoking, or sparking.
  • Keep children away from the plug or Air Fryer.
  • Do not place the product too close to flammable or explosive materials.

  • This Air Fryer is not designed to be operated by an external timer or separate remote-control system.

  • Smoking a lot:
    • Possible Cause: Fryer contains too much oil.
    • Solution: Clean the drawer and basket after every use.

Maintenance Features:

  1. Unplug the power cord and allow the device to cool before cleaning.
  2. Wipe the outside of the Air Fryer with a damp cloth after each use.
