6) Service Protocol
1� Chassi, sittdel & liggdel 6 12 24 36
Check the chassis locking mechanism. The indicator shall always be
green when it´s used.
Check that the seat/carrycot click on the chassis and it locks on both
sides.
Check the 5 point safety harness on the seat unit by checking that it locks
into place.
Check the telescopic height adjustment by lifting/pulling the handle
up and down, the handlebars should be checked that they lock in each
position. pulling the handle up and down, the handlebars should be

Check that the back rest can be adjusted and locked into each position.
Check that the footrest on the seat unit can be adjusted and locked into
each position.
2� Wheels and brakes: 6 12 24 36
Attach the wheels and make sure that the wheels lock into position.
Check that the brake locks both rear wheels when engaged.
3� Visual overview 6 12 24 36
Check that all rivets and screws are tightened correctly
Check that all press studs and zippers are intact and correctly fastened
Check for any other visible deviations on the chassis, fabrics, basket and
wheels
4� Lubrication 6 12 24 36
Clean and lubricate the wheels, axles, chassis locks and footrest.
