The XDA-2 is an audiophile quality two-channel PCM digital-to-analog converter (DAC).
The digitally controlled analog resistor ladder volume control, which doesn’t cause loss of
resolution even at low volume levels, also makes the XDA-2 an ideal “digital preamp” for
