    If your Emtec Remote Control isn't operating all the features of your product, here's what you can do: Program the remote with a new code.     Some TVs, like Philips flat panel TVs, turn on and go to the selected channel when you press a channel number while the TV is off. Pressing a favorite key on your Emtec Remote Control might do the same thing. Note that this might not work for 3-digit channels (e.g., 550). Alternatively, you can reset KidSafe by removing and reinserting the batteries.
