• The tuner unplugs when the antenna cable is pulled
off
Pull off the antenna softly to avoid this issue
• No image on the screen when the TV Tuner is
unplugged

• Can not copy the DVD to the hard disk drive
Normal behavior, the D850H does not allow the
copy of DVDs or CDs protected by copyright
• Can not find the Angle view function for the DVD
playback
Press the blue button on the remote control
• The TV Out signal might be weaker in standby mode
Leave the D850H powered on while watching TV
or completely turned OFF
• The DVD copied on the HDD does not have the "Play /
Browse" options
Launch the .IFO file to play the DVD or rename
the folder name into "VIDEO_TS"
• The CD copied on the HDD are not displayed in the
"ALL HDD" menu
Change the .cdda extension into .mp3
• The remote control doesn't work anymore
The Movie Cube doesn't respond to the remote
control
