This document describes the Endoking Cordless LED Endo Motor, a device designed for root canal treatment. It converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to facilitate biomechanical preparation of the root canal.
Function Description:
The Endoking Cordless LED Endo Motor is a wireless dental endo motor specifically for dental use. It features an ergonomic design, making it lightweight and easy to carry. The device is intended to be used with 16:1 ratio contra-angle attachments. Using contra-angle attachments with different gear ratios will result in errors in display readings and the torque limitation system.
The motor offers 9 pre-programmed procedures (memory sets) with optimum data stored in advance. These settings can be modified to suit specific working conditions. The device is capable of automatically reversing and stopping work based on the set load point and can remember different actions for each program.
It incorporates a high-capacity built-in lithium battery, reducing the need for frequent battery changes and lowering operational costs. Fully charged batteries discharge gradually over time even when the motor is not in use, so it is recommended to place the handpiece in the charger when not in use.

Parameter Adjustment:
- Use the ▲/▼ keys to increase or decrease parameters. When an item is flashing, press "+/-" to change its parameter. While the file in the contra-angle is rotating, pressing "+/-" can also adjust speed (SP).
Reset Setting:
- While on standby (positive/negative movement), install the Contra-angle Handpiece without extra load. Long-press the Item Select key S until "CRL" appears on the screen. Press the motor switch again to prompt "bee". The instrument will reset and then enter the lock screen interface. This function is useful when settings are correctly installed but the machine does not display or set the selected mode.
Charging:
- Insert the power cord jack into the back of the battery charger.
- Insert the power cord and plug into a suitable power outlet.
- Turn on the power switch. The lamp lights up.
- Put the motor handpiece in the charging base. The charging sign on the LCD screen indicates charging.
Handling Contra-angle Handpiece:
- When connecting a contra-angle handpiece to the host machine, hold the contra-angle handpiece and insert it into the corresponding location slot of the host machine until a click is heard, indicating it is well installed.
- To remove, pull it out directly in a straight direction.
- The contra-angle handpiece must be sterilized every time after use.
Handling Root Canal Files:
- While the machine is in a non-working state, insert the file into the shaft hole of the contra-angle handpiece until a click is heard. Do not press the push button of the contra-angle handpiece while inserting, and then try to take out the file without pressing the button. If the file does not come out, it means it is installed well.
- For removing files, press the push button on the contra-angle handpiece and take off the file.
- Do not use bent, damaged, deformed, or non-ISO conforming files.
Handling Lamp Holder:
- Insert the lamp holder into the motor of the handpiece lamp holder socket and connect the handpiece, ensuring it's snug. When removing, gently pull the open button position of the lamp holder from the handpiece and then take advantage of up to discharge the lamp holder.
Operation:
- Long press the Power Key; the machine will open and the screen will display. Then click the motor switch. Files will begin to rotate and the light will be on. Finally, press the motor switch again to stop rotation, and the LED will be out after 8 seconds.
- Long press the motor switch and not loosen, it will keep turning and the light is on, if you loosen, it will stop turning and the LED will be out after 8 seconds.
Maintenance Features:
