Attach the rear foot tube (12) first by
lifting up the rear of the frame and
sliding the rear foot tube under the
frame. Align the holes of the tube
and frame then insert bolt (10) from
bottom. Tighten the nut (8) with
washer (9) and bolt (10) by the
wrench.
Use the same procedure to install
the front foot tube (16).
Loosen the adjuster knob (4) of head
tube, and insert the handlebar post
(23) and fix it with adjuster knob (4).
Attach handlebar (21) on the
handlebar post (23), use release
lever (22) to adjust and tighten the
handlebar (21) in proper position.
