Loosen the adjuster knob (4), and
insert the seat post (42), then fix it
with adjuster knob (4). Insert the
seat slider (41) into the seat post
(42), and fix it with the adjuster
knob (4).
Then, insert the saddle (1) into the
seat slider (41) and tighten the
nuts by wrench.
Attach the pedals (11) into the
crank arms (7), each pedal is
marked with L (left) or R (right) to
denote the side of the spinning
bike they are on.
Note – be careful to align the
threads correctly to avoid
damaging them. Tighten using a
15mm spanner; both pedals
should tighten towards the front
of the spinning bike.
Attach the bottle cage (29) to the
frame and tighten it with screws
(30) and washer (69).
